TECHFIA TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED (“Techfia Store”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to delivering orders safely and transparently. This policy explains where we ship, expected timelines, charges and how delivery issues are handled.
1. Service Area
We currently accept and deliver orders only within India. International shipping is not available at this time. Customers outside India should not place orders through the website.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- During high-demand periods, processing may take longer. We will notify customers if there is a material delay.
3. Shipping Charges and Delivery Estimates
Applicable shipping charges are displayed before an order is placed. Estimated delivery is generally 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service. Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier disruption or other events beyond our reasonable control.
4. Order Tracking
After dispatch, tracking details will be sent to the email address or mobile number provided with the order, where tracking is supported by the courier.
5. Correct Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Please contact us immediately if a correction is required. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch, and additional charges may apply if a parcel must be re-shipped.
6. Failed Delivery and Returned Parcels
If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect or delivery is refused, the courier may return the parcel to us. We will contact the customer regarding re-delivery or any applicable refund after deducting non-recoverable shipping charges, subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or does not arrive within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, contact us at contact@techfiastore.in within 48 hours of delivery or discovery. Please include the order number and clear photographs where relevant so that we can investigate with the courier.
